federal bankruptcy
law requires credit counseling and a printed certificate showing completion
prior to filing with the Bankruptcy Court. Our office has two computer terminals
available so you can obtain this counseling on-line at cost. Our office is not
affiliated with any counseling agency. We do not charge or accept a fee for the on-line counseling.
The credit counseling agencies will need a fee.
You need not
attend our office to complete your counseling. The computer
terminals are merely here at our office for your convenience at no charge to
you. Again, you will have to pay the cost to the credit counseling agency
which you select. Included among the approved credit counseling agencies
