Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
In
order to achieve certification, Mr. Waage had to:
 | have practiced Business Bankruptcy
Law for at least 3 years and devoted
a minimum of 30% of his practice to Business Bankruptcy;

| have practiced Consumer Bankruptcy
Law for at least 3 years and devoted
a minimum of 30% of his practice to Consumer Bankruptcy;

| have handled a wide variety of
Business and Consumer Bankruptcy matters
to demonstrate mature experience and involvement;

| be evaluated by judges (and fellow
lawyers) before he received his
certifications;
|
| pass two rigorous day-long written
examinations – one on Business
Bankruptcy and one on Consumer Bankruptcy; and
|
| Presently, has to attend Business and
Consumer Bankruptcy Law Seminars
every year in order to remain abreast of the most recent changes affecting
bankruptcy .
